Narutaki's only allies are Kawakubo, his butler; Ling Ling, a beautiful nurse ; and Goriki, Ling Ling's steam-powered robot. They need help when Narutaki's arch enemy, the Phantom Knight, returns to terrorize the city streets again ! Then it's Goriki vs. Goriki when Dr. Guilty shows up with a new Shadow Bolt made from Goriki's own blueprints ! Plus, the Red Scorpion and her henchmen get hired as extras on a movie set ! Can they be planning thievery ?
